This small group weight loss class is designed for beginners who want to kickstart their fitness and nutrition journey in a supportive and personalised environment. Each session offers tailored guidance and accountability to help you achieve your goals effectively and sustainably.
Session Structure
Welcome & Initial Weigh in
Each class begins with a quick weigh in and progress check. Participants will track their weight in a confidential and supportive manner to monitor improvements over time.
HIIT training (20 minutes)
We will use a mixture of body weight exercises and some equipment to keep the classes varied and ensure all muscle groups are worked hard. The sessions are designed to maximise calorie burn and build stamina.
HIIT training has many benefits including weight loss, cardiovascular health and stress relief.
Cool Down
Gentle exercises to aid recovery.
Nutrition Guidance and Q&A
We will end each class with a discussion on foundational nutrition principles for weight loss, including portion control, balanced meal planning and healthy snack ideas.
Classes are 40 minutes and cost £6 pay as you go
