CANCELLATIOn Policy

I understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel and appointment but I ask that you please give 48 hours notice to allow me the time I need to sort out my schedule. Where possible I will try to accommodate any changes that you need to make.

Any cancellation made within 48hours of the appointment will be charged.

If you are running late for an appointment please let me know as soon as your are able, I understand that there are sometimes circumstances that are beyond your control and where possible I will still try to fit your session in.
