Wake up your body with a circuit class that will get you ready for the rest of the week. In a private gym just outside of Dunchurch near Rugby this small group circuit class will leave you feeling energised. The 45 minute class will start with a 5 minute warm up followed by high energy circuits including strength training and cardio and will finish with core exercises and stretches. 


Circuit Classes run Thursday 7pm & Sundays 9am

Cost £8 Pas As You GO

£45 for a block of 6 and get the 7th free

This six week course is designed specifically for women aged 40 and beyond and provides a welcoming and supportive environment to focus on building strength, improving balance, and maintaining mobility. 


Women's Weights & Wellness runs in 6 week blocks on Wednesdays at 1:15pm

Cost: £60 for 6 weeks 

Duration 60 minutes
