About Hannah Parsons

Certified Personal Trainer

I am a certified Level 3 personal trainer with a passion for female fitness and nutrition and I can help you achieve your fitness goals.


A 30 something mum of two girls, I got more interested in my general health and fitness after having my first daughter back in 2017. She weighed a massive 9lb 11oz so my recovery after giving birth did not feel easy. I had also suffered with low energy for quite some time, especially in the afternoons, and I have a disease called endometriosis which has effected me since I was 15yrs old.


Something had to change and I realised it was me. I have always been an active person but you wouldn't have called me "fit" or "strong" so with the help of my husband, who is a Strength & Conditioning Coach, I spent more time in the gym building up my strength and more time out of the gym cycling, walking and swimming. I went to see a local nutritionist about my diet and the rest as they say is history. I no longer suffer with any side effects of my endometriosis, my energy levels are much higher and I am the strongest I have ever been.


When we decided we wanted a second child I was determined to stay fit and healthy throughout my pregnancy and cycled with my first born on the front of my bike for 8 months of my pregnancy. By staying fit and healthy I was able to have a stress free birth at home with my husband, the dog, and two incredible midwives. 


After that it seemed inevitable that I would retrain to become a P.T. 

Now I stay fit so I can keep up with my girls who's energy never seems to waver.


I am passionate about women's health, about improving life through fitness and eating well, and about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
