Hannah Parsons : Your Partner in Health and Fitness

Six week small Group Progressive PT Program

If you are looking for a motivating way to improve your health and fitness then my small group progressive PT program could be for you.

About the Program

The program lasts for 6 weeks and  each week is a progression from the last ensuring that by the end of the program your fitness levels have improved and you have gained strength. 

The sessions take place in our private gym in Warwickshire in a small group of 4-6 people.

A Weekly Group Session 

we meet together once a week for our personal training sessions over the course of 6 weeks.  

At Home Workout Videos

Included in the package is two At Home Workout Videos. If you can't make a session during the program you have the option to do a workout at home instead. Or you can use the videos as additional ways to improve your fitness.

Weekly Program to Take Away

After each session I will send you the workout we have done together so you have the opportunity to re-do it during the week.

The cost of my Six Week Program is £120
