Take part in optional guided movement sessions — from high-energy workouts and resistance training to deep stretch and relaxation — or simply relax with a book by the fire.
We’ll come together for a relaxed community lunch, so bring something to share alongside the healthy snacks provided.

Wellness Day Schedule
10:00am — Welcome tea & arrival
Settle into the space, enjoy a hot drink and take in the surroundings.
10:30am — Optional high-energy body workout (20 mins)
11:00am — Lake dip & wood-burning sauna
12:30pm — Optional resistance band workout (20 mins)
1:00pm — Community lunch
Bring something to share alongside the healthy snacks provided.
2:00pm — Lake dip & wood-burning sauna
3:00pm — Afternoon tea & treats
3:30pm — Optional deep body stretch & relaxation (30 mins)
4:00pm — Closing fire circle
